How we check

Every fact on a place page shows where it came from and when we last checked it. Official pages (the venue, the council, Parks Victoria) come first, then government open data, then OpenStreetMap. Pages marked Basic info come from the map and have not been checked by a person yet. Paid venues are checked by a person before they go live.
